Rachel Lake

Rachel is the friendly face that welcomes you the moment you step into our salon. With 11 years of experience in the customer service industry, she’s passionate about helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and well taken care of. Rachel is always happy to answer questions and point guests in the right direction when it comes to haircare and skincare.When she’s not at the front desk, you’ll probably find Rachel lost in a good book—especially fantasy, sci-fi, dark romance, or romantasy. She’s also a big gamer, with a love for the Zelda franchise, Kingdom Hearts, and Bloodborne, and she enjoys unwinding with anime in her downtime.Friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help, Rachel is here to make sure every visit starts (and ends) on a great note.

Marina Helm

Marina is Salon and Aesthetics Manager, and Lead Esthetician. Marina provides the utmost level of customer service and client care, that her clients are loyal forever. She is licensed as a Master Medical Aesthetician and PC certified, Medical Laser Technician, Skincare Specialist, Body Contour Specialist, and Certified Microblading Eyebrow Artist with many years of experience under her belt. When Marina is not busy being amazing at her work, she is enjoying the many activities with her family including movies, shopping, traveling, and being outdoors with her family and dogs.

Danielle Lah

Danielle is a Master Aesthetician devoted to helping every client look and feel their absolute best through personalized skincare. She specializes in customized facials for all skin types, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, waxing, and brow & lash tinting, carefully tailoring each treatment to meet her clients’ unique needs and goals.She believes in creating a welcoming, comforting, and stress-free experience where you can truly relax and feel cared for while receiving well-deserved self-care and rejuvenation. Danielle loves educating clients on their personal skincare in a way that feels simple, supportive, and never overwhelming. She loves guiding clients on how to properly care for their skin at home, helping them build easy routines that keep their complexion healthy, radiant, and glowing long after their appointment ends.With Danielle, every service is more than a treatment, it’s a stress free experience centered around confidence, care, and radiant skin.

Michelle McRae

Hi, I'm Michelle. I am a Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Injector specializing in fillers and neurotoxins. I am an outgoing, fun, authentic person who makes people feel comfortable and at ease. I have been a Registered Nurse for 17 years with an emphasis in women's health. I have a passion for helping people, which I get to do everyday here at Lucienne. I am able to subtly enhance natural beauty and help people feel confident. I am lucky to be able to do what I love to meet new, amazing people while helping them feel their best. I am constantly educating myself on the newest injection techniques and tricks. I have 10 kids of my own, but you'd never know it. I know a trick or two to keep that youthful look. In my spare time I love spending time with my kids, designing and decorating homes, and quiet nights in.

Ashley Albiston

Ashley is the Salon Manager and the Director of Lucienne Academy with a career spanning back to 2008. Known for her infectious laugh and outgoing personality, she is both a technical barbering specialist and a master of the color wheel. She enjoys instructing apprentices and seeing them improve.

From on-location brides (or any event where all eyes are on you) to her daily work at the salon, Ashley provides a "celebrity status" experience for every client. When she isn’t leading the team at Lucienne, she’s likely at Disneyland, traveling the world with her family, or playing video games with her husband.

Aleciyah Brunson

I am passionate about everything related to hair and beauty and specialize in color, cutting, and makeup. I am constantly educating myself and exploring new trends to enrich my skills and the work I do. I am a proud graduate of Paul Mitchell’s The School and have been with the Lucienne family since July 2017. I find myself to be a creative individual who enjoys creating art and practicing new makeup techniques on myself and my sister. I love spending time with my family and my friends who continue to push me to find the better me. I am very outgoing and love talking and connecting with people.

Andi Kuddes

Andi has been obsessed with all things beauty since 2010—and that passion still shows up in every transformation she creates. Known for her bold approach to color and seamless extensions, she’s all about turning your hair goals into reality (and then leveling them up). Whether you’re craving lived-in blonde, rich dimension, or head-turning length, Andi’s got you covered.She’s built a reputation for not only delivering killer results, but for making every appointment feel like catching up with your hype girl—equal parts glam, honesty, and good vibes.When she’s not behind the chair, Andi is keeping up with her twins and thriving in the wild, wonderful chaos of motherhood. Basically, she’s proof you can do it all—and look good doing it.

Candice Itokazu

Candice plays the multi-talented roles as a General Manager, Hairstylist, Makeup Artist, Body Contour Specialist, as well as Social Media Marketing. Needless to say, Candice is a Jack-of-all-trades, dedicating 17 years to our industry. Her wit and humor makes her contagious to be around, bringing a real fun energy to the workplace. While she is very passionate about her career, she is as equally passionate about her family. She is an incredible Mother, Wife, Aunt, Sister, and Daughter. Candice is the kind of person that leaves her mark wherever she goes.

Fred McDaniel

I received my Cosmetology license in 2002. I have an absolute love of this industry and the amazing people that I have been able to take care of. I believe customer service is paramount. I specialize in dry cutting, razor cutting, short cuts, men’s cuts, and color. My eye for precision guarantees that you will leave looking and feeling amazing. I’ve always said if you’re good at everything, you aren’t great at anything. I am always looking for more education and pushing myself creatively. Getting nervous every once in a while is the spice of life.

Kylee Giles

My name is Kylee Giles. I have been a growing stylist for three and a half years now, and have been a part of the amazing Lucienne team for two and a half years. I am a hairstylist, makeup artist, and eyelash extension artist here at Lucienne. I have been creative and artistic my whole life, and I love making beautiful things. I am your go to girl with makeup, and I absolutely love doing creative, fun colors. It is very important to me that every guest feels welcome and feels that they are with a friend when they are in my chair. I enjoy the lasting relationships that are created by doing something that I love.

Madison Dlugas

Hi, my name is Madison. I’ve always known that my heart belonged in a salon. Since I was a little girl, I’ve been fascinated by the art of hair, and becoming a licensed cosmetologist was the start of a lifelong love for this beauty industry. To better serve my community, I also became a licensed master esthetician, allowing me to help clients feel beautiful from their roots to their skin. I’ve always believed that beauty is better when it’s shared, which is why I’m so proud to have helped start our apprenticeship program. There is nothing quite like teaching and shaping young stylists as they begin their own journeys. Whether I’m working with a client or an apprentice, my goal is always the same: to instill confidence and self-love in everyone who sits in my chair.

Terra Young

My name is Terra. I have been licensed since 2002 and a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor since 2009. I’m a jack-of-all-trades. Along with educating, the services I have a lot of passion for are extensions, layered haircuts, curly cuts, short haircuts, gray coverage, gray blending, multi-dimensional color, and big ’90s blowouts. I am educated in the Sassoon cutting system. I seek out any opportunity I can to expand my knowledge to better service my clients. I love creating in the salon and at home. I love that I get the opportunity to do what I love—talking to people. It’s not just about the hair, it’s about the people.

Kennedee Christensen

I’ve always been drawn to hair—it’s my way of creating something bold and unapologetically different. I love pushing boundaries with fantasy colors and “out there” styles that stand out and make a statement. I’ve grown up in Utah, but my style is anything but basic. Growing up, I was always doing my sisters’ hair and makeup, and I’ve always loved making people feel more confident about themselves. When I’m not behind the chair, I’m all about animals and the car scene. I’m big on client experience—expect to feel completely pampered, taken care of, and leave my chair feeling like the best version of yourself.

Marissa Sittler

I am a forever lover of fashion and beauty. My parents would get mad at me for trying to sneak wearing makeup to elementary school. I loved everything sparkly, shiny, and glittery (and still do). Going through my mom’s makeup and perfume, always painting my nails, dressing up to go to the library, watching beauty YouTubers, and saving up for my first pair of True Religion jeans are just a few of the nostalgic memories that come to mind growing up.Graduating in 2018 with my bachelor’s degree in communication and having worked six years in full-time traditional office positions, I finally hit a breaking point in 2024. I was drained and unfulfilled and knew it was no longer sustainable.After over a year of being stuck in limbo and feeling lost, my dad encouraged me to pursue a career in beauty. That far off nostalgia of being enamored with pretty things and creating pretty things was unlocked. I am eternally grateful for everything my dad has done and continues to do for me. I never would have imagined myself here today. Knowing this is exactly where I am meant to be and doing exactly what I am meant to do, is a feeling I never thought I would experience.
