Cancellation and Return Policy

At Lucienne, we recognize that everyone’s time is valuable. Our appointment times are limited. Each time a client misses an appointment without proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving our services.

Therefore, by booking with us, you consent to Lucienne Salon saving your card on file and we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 for appointments canceled without a 24 hour notice. No call/ No show appointments will also be charged $50 to reserve another appointment time.

Return Policy

Lucienne Salon does not offer refunds or returns on services, hair extensions, packages, series, or gift cards. All gift card purchases are final and non refundable. Skincare and makeup products, including medical grade skincare, are also final sale. However, in the case of a verified allergic reaction to a medical grade skincare product, we ask that you contact us so we can assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. Hair products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for an item of equal or lesser value. We are happy to exchange any product that is broken or defective.
