Lucienne Salon & Med Spa Policies

At Lucienne Salon & Med Spa, our goal is to create a beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming experience for every client. Our policies help us respect the time of our guests and our team while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment.

By booking an appointment with Lucienne, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

APPOINTMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY

To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required for all services at Lucienne Salon & Med Spa.

Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

By booking an appointment with Lucienne, you authorize us to securely keep your card on file.

If you are unsure which service to book, our team is happy to help you determine the best appointment option.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lucienne, we recognize that everyone's time is valuable. Our appointment times are limited. Each time a client misses an appointment without proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving our services.

Therefore, by booking with us, you consent to Lucienne Salon saving your card on file. We reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee for appointments canceled without 24 hours' notice.

No-call/no-show appointments will also be charged a $50 fee before another appointment time can be reserved.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we continue to strive to best serve our clients.

RETURN POLICY

Lucienne Salon does not offer refunds or returns on services, hair extensions, packages, series, or gift cards. All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Skincare and makeup products, including medical-grade skincare, are also final sale. However, in the case of a verified allergic reaction to a medical-grade skincare product, we ask that you contact us so we can assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Hair products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for an item of equal or lesser value. We are also happy to exchange any product that is broken or defective.

GUEST POLICY

A LITTLE NOTE FOR OUR VALUED LUCIENNE CLIENTS

To help us maintain a safe, peaceful, and relaxing environment for all of our guests, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services enter the salon and spa service areas.

We understand that plans can change, but we ask that spouses, friends, and children who are not receiving a service please stay home or make other arrangements during your appointment.

This allows our team to provide each guest with the calm, comfortable experience they deserve.

CHILDREN’S HAIRCUT APPOINTMENTS

We are happy to welcome one parent or guardian to accompany their child in the service area.

To help us keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently, we kindly ask that siblings remain at home during the appointment.

Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep Lucienne a relaxing space for everyone.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. However, arriving late to your appointment may affect the amount of time available for your service.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you while still respecting the appointments that follow yours. Depending on the service and amount of time remaining, your service may need to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled.

Arriving late does not guarantee that your full service can be completed.

If an appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, our cancellation policy may apply.

SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have a concern about a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and determine the best way to assist you.

Because results can vary based on hair history, skin type, lifestyle, maintenance, and other factors, we cannot guarantee a specific result.

Any adjustments or corrective services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

HAIR COLOR & CHEMICAL SERVICE POLICY

Please let your stylist know about your complete hair history, including previous color, lightener, keratin treatments, extensions, henna, or other chemical services.

Previously colored or chemically treated hair can affect the outcome of a service and may require additional time, services, or appointments to achieve your desired result.

Your stylist may recommend a consultation, strand test, treatment, or customized service plan to help protect the integrity of your hair.

The health and integrity of your hair will always come first.

HAIR EXTENSION POLICY

Hair extensions are a customized investment and are ordered specifically for each client.

Because extensions are customized and/or ordered specifically for you, hair extension purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Clients are responsible for following their stylist's recommended maintenance schedule and at-home care instructions. Proper maintenance is essential to protect your natural hair and prolong the life of your extensions.

Your stylist will provide recommendations for products, brushing, washing, sleeping, and maintenance specific to your extension method.

MED SPA POLICY

Certain medical spa services may require a consultation, medical clearance, or completion of required treatment forms before your service.

Please provide accurate and complete information regarding medications, allergies, current treatments, and other relevant information so our team can determine whether a service is appropriate.

For your safety, we reserve the right to postpone or decline a treatment when we determine that it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.

GIFT CARD POLICY

All Lucienne gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Gift cards may be used toward eligible services and retail purchases at Lucienne Salon & Med Spa.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law and may not be combined with certain promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.

PRICING & SERVICE POLICY

Service pricing may vary depending on the stylist, service time, hair length, density, product usage, complexity, and desired result.

Your stylist will discuss your service and provide recommendations based on your individual needs.

Additional services or product charges may apply when necessary to achieve your desired result or maintain the health of your hair and skin.

LUCIENNE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

We are committed to creating an environment where our clients and team feel comfortable, respected, and valued.

We kindly ask all guests to treat our team and other clients with courtesy and respect. Lucienne reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave if behavior is inappropriate, disrespectful, threatening, or disruptive to our team or other guests.

Thank you for helping us maintain the safe, peaceful, and relaxing environment that makes the Lucienne experience special.

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING LUCIENNE

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies. These guidelines allow our team to provide the highest level of service while creating an experience that is relaxing, professional, and enjoyable for everyone.

We look forward to seeing you at Lucienne Salon & Med Spa.
