Cancelation and Return Policy

Cancelation Policy

At Lucienne we recognize that everyone's time is valuable. Our appointment times are limited. Each time a client misses an appointment without proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving our services. Therefore, Lucienne Salon reserves the right to charge a cancelation fee of $35 for appointments canceled without a 24 hour notice. No call/ No show appointments will also be charged $35 to reserve another appointment time.

Thank You for your understanding and cooperation as we continue to strive to best serve our clients.

Return Policy

Lucienne Salon will not issue a return on: Packages, Series, Gift Cards, Hair Extensions, or services. Exchanges on hair products can be made up to 14 days after purchase for equal or lesser value. Skincare and Makeup products will be final sale. Lucienne will gladly exchange a product that is broken or defective.
